Hi, I'm John Kelly, a Charlotte native & lifelong player/coach who grew up playing baseball in neighborhoods & sandlots - building natural "play reps" that carried into organized baseball. When kids have fun, they learn & play better. My baseball background: 1984 NC State Championship w/ Independence HS, multiple city/state All-Star titles, & 3-peat MSBL 45+ Fall Classic Championship (2017-2019). I offer high-energy, game-like training for players ages 8-14 focused on movement, fun, & max reps.

Having competed at the collegiate and professional levels, I understand exactly what it takes to reach — and succeed — at every stage of the game. My goal as a trainer is to help players develop the skills, mindset, and confidence to make a real impact on the field. Every session is designed to challenge players in the right way, helping them grow not just technically, but mentally and physically as well. Some days will push them out of their comfort zone — and that’s where real progress happens. I’m passionate about helping each player reach their full potential and bringing out the best version of them both as athletes and as people. With my background and experience, I know how to guide your child to the next level while keeping the process enjoyable and motivating.

As a college professor with over seventeen years of experience tutoring students in writing, grammar, and reading comprehension, I focus on patience, clarity, and practical strategies. I tailor each lesson to the student's pace so they feel confident and supported. With my knowledge of what is expected in college-level writing, I help students master these skills (including MLA, APA and Chicago Formats) so they enter their freshman year prepared and less stressed.

My name is Rouge, I'm a performer, aerialist, runner, and trainer. I have over 10 years experience performing/ teaching fluid dance, burlesque, pole, and heels, and personal training. I'm PT, GPT, and CPR/AED certified through NASM, and pole certified through Pole Body Arts. I work with a variety of adults of all genders ranging from early 20s to late 50s, with little to no dance/ fitness experience, utilizing dance therapy techniques, and diverse strength training methods.

Michael Daniel is a Charlotte-based coach and former pro player (Nationals, Braves, Rockies) with a 13-year career. A 7th-round MLB draft pick out of UNC Chapel Hill, he served as Outfield & Baserunning Coordinator for the Chicago White Sox. He holds degrees from UNC and Georgetown and is NASM-PES certified. Michael delivers personalized, development-first instruction in hitting, baseball IQ, and mental performance for youth to advanced players chasing the next level.
