I have been playing basketball since I was four years old. I played division one basketball in college all four years. I went to UNC Chapel Hill and then transferred to Rutgers. I was on the Big Ten second team both seasons and I broke the record for most rebounds in the Big Ten Tournament. I have worked youth camps through out my whole college career and would love to get the chance to help influence kids and get them better at the game!

4.5+ DUPR Competitive player & tournament medalist. PCI level 2 certified instructor. Teaching for 4+ years in privates & clinics at NC State and head coach at the NC State University Club. Founder & player on pickleball team at NC State. USA Pickleball Ambassador.

Former collegiate basketball and volleyball athlete with a B.S. in Exercise & Sports Science. I help athletes improve skills, game IQ, confidence, conditioning, and overall performance. With experience in athlete development, sports operations, and coaching, I focus on fundamentals, leadership, and building complete athletes. Each training session includes exclusive sports nutrition products to support hydration, recovery, energy, and peak performance on and off the court.

I coach high school freshman girls VB in Raleigh. I also work with younger girls to introduce VB fundamentals. I focus on skill progression, teamwork & game understanding while building athletic confidence in a safe space. I like to adapt my approach to each player, meeting them where they are to take their games to the next best personal level for them. My coaching style is encouraging, development focused & structured. I like to focus on energy, effort & enthusiasm as we execute skills!
