I have experience working with and developing children into focused athletes through my work at the YMCA. I place emphasis on mindset, discipline, and detail in movement. My name is Reggie Winchester and I have over 10 years of basketball coaching experience, including five years coaching high school girls basketball and three years at the middle school level. I’ve also spent countless hours training youth athletes and coaching youth leagues. I am passionate about player development, committed to building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the court.

I’ve played competitive lacrosse for 19 years, winning four conference championships at Pfeiffer University while graduating with a 3.96 GPA. I believe players improve most when they enjoy the game while being challenged to grow. My coaching focuses on building confidence through fundamentals, creativity, and game IQ.
