When it comes to teaching I take the approach that the swing needs to fit how your body wants to move. Everyone is unique and so is everyone's swing. Marc began his softball journey playing recreationally before transitioning to coaching in 1980, starting with Little League. He learned the fundamentals of coaching through a coaching clinic and has since coached all levels, from T-ball to 16-and-under girls' softball. Marc’s biggest strength lies in teaching defensive skills, and he prides himself on creating a fun, engaging environment for young players, though he knows when to get serious to ensure progress. Marc also participated in a coaching group that traveled to the Dominican Republic to assist with youth clinics, further expanding his impact on the sport.
