Hi, I'm Coach Shi'Anne! I'm the Head Coach for MS Volleyball Red Team at Providence Day School and a club coach with NC Gold Volleyball Academy. I offer one-on-one and small group their skills and confidence on the court. Sessions are held at Sports Connection, and pricing fully transparent: court rental runs $50/Hour, so sessions are $100/hour. Bring a friend or two(up to 3 athletes) to split the cost and still get great individual attention!

My baseball background: 1984 NC State Championship w/ Independence HS, multiple city/state All-Star titles, & 3-peat MSBL 45+ Fall Classic Championship (2017-2019). I offer high-energy, game-like training for players ages 8-14 focused on movement, fun, & max reps.

My goal as a trainer is to help players develop the skills, mindset, and confidence to make a real impact on the field. Every session is designed to challenge players in the right way, helping them grow not just technically, but mentally and physically as well. Some days will push them out of their comfort zone — and that’s where real progress happens. I’m passionate about helping each player reach their full potential and bringing out the best version of them both as athletes and as people. With my background and experience, I know how to guide your child to the next level while keeping the process enjoyable and motivating.

After 10 years of being in love with volleyball I’m ready to ignite your passion! I started my passion for volleyball in the 6th grade and from then on I have played, taught, and loved volleyball ever since! I specialize in defensive actions and fundamentals. Throughout high school and college I have had the opportunity to continue playing recreationally and leading in various ways. Such as coaching in youth camps and teaching program lessons while in a summer camp setting. I have a passion for leading youth and teaching volleyball and I want to bring those skills to you.
