By age 12, he was competing in national and international tournaments, eventually becoming a Top 10 junior player in Belarus in both the 16U and 18U divisions. His success earned him full sponsorship through Belarus’ national tennis development program, where he had the opportunity to train alongside elite players and coaches, including Ilya Ivashka (ATP Top 50), Egor Gerasimov (ATP Top 100), Anton Dubrov (Aryna Sabalenka’s coach), and Egor Yatsyk (coach of Aslan Karatsev). At 17, Laurentsi competed in Belarus’ national selection tournament for the Davis Cup team, finishing sixth and earning a position as an additional player on the team. In 2011, Laurentsi received a full tennis scholarship to Bethany College in Kansas, where he competed in the NAIA. During both his freshman and sophomore seasons, he won his regional tournament and advanced to the semifinals of the national tournament, where he fell to the eventual champion. After earning his Bachelor of Science, Laurentsi transitioned into coaching full-time. Born in China and I came to the US when I was 15. I joined local swim team in Beijing when I was 7, I won 6 first place in regional competition when I was 12. I started playing basketball at 13, at the same time, I was recommended by middle school coach to run track, 100 meter, 200 meter, 300 hurdle, 4x100 and 4x400. In 2018 I was in the state meet competing. I was not the most physically gifted runner so I had to study the forms, techniques. I love the game of basketball and I experienced basketball from both cultures. I played JV in middle school and Varsity in High school, I played shooting guard position. Being not the most physically gifted, I had to work extra hard on my skills, understanding the game. I truly believe coaching track, swimming, basketball or any sports is bigger than just teaching youngsters the skills, lessons we learn from playing sports, spending time and energy to understand each other and one self. With 14 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion on the court. I provide tailored coaching and unlock player potential through expert guidance and personalized training. I foster a positive and focused environment.

"My lesson with Emmy was quite informative, especially since he analyzed my faults and focused on the basics like paddle control, follow through, and stance. Still, I need to keep working on integrating these habits into my play, though. I am not happy that AI or your website just summarized my previous feedback and said I could clear it all or edit it. Well, I listed just about every individual task that Emmy helped me with and it was summarized out in his review. Don’t have the time to list it all again. Whatever. As my 5 stars stated, Emmy’s lesson was awesome for me.
