For over 25 years, I've lived and breathed dance, training consistently since a small child and then receiving my BFA in dance before performing professionally for 5 years and teaching for 10. My passion lies in helping dancers of all levels discover their artistry by providing personalized guidance to achieve their goals. I specialize in ballet, contemporary, modern, jazz creative dance and acro, dance fitness and personal training. I look forward to working with you!

Justin, originally from Commack, NY, earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in psychology from Hofstra University. He has 22 years of experience playing and coaching tennis and, in 2024, was named the USTA Eastern Tennis Professional of the Year. He joined the SPORTIME team in 2020, as a tennis coach, and was promoted to Director of Tennis in 2023.
