For over two decades I have been teaching meditation to the beginner meditator. Meditation has transformed my life in so many positives personally and as an instructor and I would like to help you learn how to do this ancient practice that bring many lifelong benefits. Starting with local clinics, leagues, and playing through school, I enjoyed the New Jersey and New York leagues and played five years in the ESFNA tournament for the New York Abay team as a right back. I paused my playing to become a coach, earning my C license and working on my B license with USA Soccer.
