"I coached Jose when he played for Youth Service in the 80s - I was his 16u coach the same year he played for Mel Zitter’s 18u team. In 2008 Jose was my pitching coach at Morris High School where we won the PSAL City Championship. As someone with over 50 years of baseball experience I am humble in recognizing I too continue to be a student of baseball. I'm Seiya, a varsity tennis player at NYU with over a decade of competitive experience. Growing up in Hawaii, I won 4 state championships and won National High School All American Championships before joining the NYU Men's Tennis Team where I currently compete. I am also currently a summer coach for the junior programs at ROOSEVELT ISLAND RACQUET CLUB, where I work with young players of all levels.
