I am a recent Georgetown University graduate and former Division I lacrosse player with a lifelong passion for sports. I have played tennis for most of my life and love competing, teaching, and helping others improve their game. I have several years of experience coaching young athletes and enjoy working with players of all skill levels. My goal is to make each session competitive, positive, and fun while helping players become more confident on the court.

I’m passionate about helping people learn and improve through clear guidance and encouragement. My coaching style is patient, interactive, and focused on real-world application. Born in China and I came to the US when I was 15. I joined local swim team in Beijing when I was 7, I won 6 first place in regional competition when I was 12. I started playing basketball at 13, at the same time, I was recommended by middle school coach to run track, 100 meter, 200 meter, 300 hurdle, 4x100 and 4x400. In 2018 I was in the state meet competing. I was not the most physically gifted runner so I had to study the forms, techniques. I love the game of basketball and I experienced basketball from both cultures. I played JV in middle school and Varsity in High school, I played shooting guard position. Being not the most physically gifted, I had to work extra hard on my skills, understanding the game. I truly believe coaching track, swimming, basketball or any sports is bigger than just teaching youngsters the skills, lessons we learn from playing sports, spending time and energy to understand each other and one self. With 14 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion on the court. I provide tailored coaching and unlock player potential through expert guidance and personalized training. I foster a positive and focused environment.

Having played overseas in Thailand & Costa Rica for a few years. I’m happy to share my experiences to the next generation & help them focus on the fundamentals of the game and not make the mistakes I made growing up. Played soccer and futsal for middle school, high school in Rio de Janeiro, School of Cadets of the Brazilian Air Force. Played in College FEderal University of Rio de Janeiro. Coached soccer in Colegio Alemao Rio de Janeiro, Coached youth soccer in England. Coached Boys and Girls Premier League Seattle for 17 years, coached Brazil All Nations Cup Seattle, won 2003, 2005, vice champion 2004, played for Masters, vice champion in 2007. Hi I’ve been playing softball since I was 5 years old ! Varsity all four years of HS, Senior MVP included . I’ve helped coach At Lady Ravens with my old coach also did individuals with my batting coach recently . Softball has taught we discipline, teamwork and dedication and the importance of always continuing to work on yourself!
