Boxing has been my life, and through it I’ve built strong knowledge in fitness and nutrition. I’ve trained in different countries and worked with all levels. I focus on real results—weight loss, strength, and proper boxing skills. My goal is simple: help you get stronger, better, and more confident every session.

A compelling storyteller, soprano and actress Natalia Bychkova performs a versatile combination of operatic, art song, and musical theater repertoire. Natalia holds a Master's degree in Vocal Performance from the Longy School of Music of Bard College and has trained at the Juilliard extension school. Currently she teaches voice with New City School of Music and Music To Your Home NY, where she helps students build strong technique, confidence and artistic expression.

Kevin Du is a New York–based Chinese-American pianist, composer, and bandleader whose work reflects a multicultural upbringing and deep roots in both classical and jazz traditions. His music blends diverse influences with a commitment to lyricism, authenticity, and emotional depth. Kevin graduated with highest honors from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Jazz Composition and Arranging and is currently completing his Master’s at New York University, studying with leading figures in the New York jazz scene. His debut album, Somewhere, a Butterfly Sings, is set for release in May 2026. He also leads his own trio, performing original music at established venues throughout the city.

I have performed as a concerto soloist with the Perrysburg Symphony Orchestra, and I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Michigan, where I studied with Amy Porter. I am a substitute flute/piccolo player for the Macomb Symphony Orchestra, Adrian Symphony Orchestra, Billings Symphony Orchestra, and Oakland Symphony Orchestra. I am the founder of a 501(c)3 non-profit entitled the Flute Pedagogy Project, which focuses on creating and distributing free and level-appropriate curriculum to beginner and intermediate flute players. From crafting lyrical melodies to mastering technical finesse, I have dedicated the last 3 years to guiding flutists of all levels. Together, we'll build the foundational music theory and flute skills you need to be a flexible and thoughtful flute player able to easily play with others.

I made my New York Debut performing with the Symphony of the New World at Lincoln Center at age 17. I made my Debut at the Metropolitan Opera House production of Porgy and Bess 1992 production in the role of "Jasbo Brown". I repeated this role in the New Jersey State Opera production. For Centaur Records I made a CD of the Arensky Piano Concerto No. 1 with the Czech National Orchestra and Etudes for Solo Piano op. 74. I received the Award for Excellence from the New Jersey Education Association, the "Community Leaders Fostering Change in Education Award" from the New Jersey Unit of the National Association of Negro Business and Women's Clubs, Inc, honored by The Newark Municipal Council, City of Newark, NJ.
