I teach tennis lessons to anyone and everyone. Never touched a racket? No problem! Do you want to go up a level, make the high school team, or be able to play with friends? Kids, high schoolers, adults, couples, and groups. I love tennis! USPTA level 2 Certified, Tennis Serve Specialist. Worked with Rick Macci (coach of 5 world #1 ones including Williams sisters and Andy Roddick), Jose Higuras (head of U.S. high performance program), Jeff Salzsentein (former top 100 player), Hans Podlipnik (Wimbledon QFist), and many others. Head high school coach for 11 years, active tournament player, patient teacher. Passionate about helping underserved kids throughout Seattle learn tennis and have organized and connected with many initiatives to do so. My goal is to help you achieve your goals whether that be improving technique or beginning to learn to play. To that extent, I am fairly flexible in my approach. For beginners, I focus on technique, proper grips, and generating topspin. To do this, I focus on hand feeding a lot of balls early on to develop proper technique and to train the muscle memory. Specifically, I teach a semi-western forehand, two-handed backhand, volley fundamentals, split stepping, proper footwork and serve mechanics. I also work with students who have one-handed backhands. I am a big believer in putting in a lot of time on the serve. For more experienced players, I will work with you to either identify areas for improvement or to work on areas you’ve identified you would like to improve.

Having coached my own sons to success in varsity singles, I currently instruct 30 kids aged 5 to 12, emphasizing patience and fun in every lesson. Played junior competitive, pro-tournaments turned USPTA certified Coach. I have spent the past decade coaching at elite clubs in San Francisco, Miami, and NYC. I've studied the game thoroughly and still do, my teaching skills are always evolving. I see how you play and immediately know how to make you play, rally and have fun with tennis. If you are a high-performance player I could give you a very good practice, good pace rally, I could help you with your serve and strategy game. My high-performance competitive certification from Sanchez Vicario Academy provided me a great insight of the game, full of drills and modern concept strategies of understanding tennis latest advances. I could teach kids as well, love to make them have fun and like the sport.

My experience began playing tennis at the age of six at Alexandria Sporting Club in Egypt, and I competed at a high national level throughout my junior years. Achieved top national rankings in Egypt, including No. 13 at age 12, No. 4 at age 14, and No. 6 at age 16, and consistently ranked within the top 10 from ages 12 to 18. Competed in ITF (International Tennis Federation) tournaments and gained international match experience. Currently based in the United States, continuing advanced training while pursuing academic studies. Has 4+ years of coaching experience in both Egypt and the U.S., working with players of all levels and ages, from young beginners to advanced juniors and ITF-level players as a hitting partner and development coach. I'm Donna Paysepar, a versatile performer known for my talents in opera, jazz, and Persian folk singing, as well as acting and dancing. I earned my BA in Performing Arts from Hunter College at the City University of New York, where I honed my skills and passion for the stage. With a diverse background in music and theater, I strive to bring emotion and storytelling to every performance, captivating audiences with each note and movement.

I'm Seiya, a varsity tennis player at NYU with over a decade of competitive experience. Growing up in Hawaii, I won 4 state championships and won National High School All American Championships before joining the NYU Men's Tennis Team where I currently compete. I am also currently a summer coach for the junior programs at ROOSEVELT ISLAND RACQUET CLUB, where I work with young players of all levels. I am also able to coach any age and will tailor every lesson to your goals.
