I especially enjoy working with young adults and senior mature players that want to get the best out of their abilities. I tailor my approach to each individual's physical and emotional attributes. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and am a former Division 2 Track and Field All-American. My expertise lies in speed and jump training, and I’ve had the privilege of working with athletes at various levels, from high school to collegiate, as well as adults. With a background in football, basketball, and track and field, I understand the importance of tailored training to maximize performance.
