I have a particular strength in reading the game, identifying problems, and making tactical adjustments. My approach begins with understanding each player—their mindset, goals, and ambitions—before developing their technical, tactical, and positional abilities. I believe understanding the person is the first step toward developing the player and building a strong team.

Lacrosse has been an important part of my life for many years, and I truly enjoy helping others develop the same love for the game. While my collegiate playing days are behind me, I value the opportunity to stay involved in the sport through coaching, mentoring players, and helping them build confidence, skills, and excitement for lacrosse.

Curiosity has been my compass throughout a 14-year journey teaching the sciences. I combine rigorous subject mastery, clear exam strategy, and hands-on experiments to cultivate critical thinking and lasting enthusiasm in my students. I teach high school and general chemistry college students.
