I began my martial arts journey with karate as a child in Long Island and later ventured into kickboxing in Chicago around 2005. Upon returning to NYC, I immersed myself in MMA, traditional boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. For the past 8 years, I've been teaching boxing and kickboxing at various health clubs in NYC.

I have over 10 years of coaching experience and have been playing golf for more than 15 years.
