Hi! I’m Simon, a passionate pickleball player with a love for helping people of all ages and skill levels get into this fast-growing, fun, and social sport. I started playing pickleball a year and quickly fell in love with the game’s mix of strategy, movement, and community. Whether you’re a total beginner looking to learn the basics, or someone with experience hoping to sharpen your skills, I focus on building strong fundamentals in a relaxed, encouraging environment. My lessons emphasize proper technique, court positioning, strategy, and—most importantly—making the game fun and accessible.
"The lesson was quite helpful and quite enjoyable, honestly. Simon has a calm way of explaining things, and I appreciated how he focused on specific skills like keeping control on the ball. Still, I think I need a bit more work on my footwork, but I’m looking forward to the next lesson to build on what I learned.

"George's lesson was quite helpful. I appreciated the specific instruction and feedback he provided. Though I still need more practice serving and moving up to the net, I feel like I'm making steady progress. If you're looking to refine your technique, you might consider focusing on those areas as well. Still, I think trying a lesson with George could be worthwhile if you're aiming to improve your game.

Tennis has been a lifelong passion for me, but about three years ago, the magnetic allure of pickleball caught my attention. Intrigued and motivated to spread my love for this sport, I pursued PPR certification and embarked on a teaching journey that has now spanned over a year. My teaching endeavors have seen me conducting numerous classes, reaching out to hundreds of players at various levels of expertise, all within the welcoming environment of the YMCA. Pickleball is more than a game; it's a community, a vibrant connection of enthusiasts coming together to enjoy the thrill of the sport. As a dedicated instructor, my mission is to share this excitement and the skills that make the game enjoyable for players of all backgrounds and levels. My goal is to contribute to the growth of pickleball and help individuals discover the joy of this engaging and dynamic sport.

Hi all - I’m looking for some new students for the winter season! It’s a great time to work on swing changes or learn the swing etc. I’ve had some great success over the years with winter training at the range and simulators to either work on the full swing or hone parts of the game. Tappan good center has a great set up all closed in with heaters or indoors at a sim. For preferably at the range where we can see direct results. Let me know I teach young /older newbies and or high level low handicappers! Thx Recently won first place with a teachme.to student at a local 9-hole scramble event. "That lesson was quite helpful, especially working on drop shots and corners, definitely a step forward for my game. Josue's focus on simulating a real 1:1 match gave me useful practice, and I’m hopeful to build on that. Still, I think I’ll need more time to master those tricky corners and drop shots, but I appreciate the tailored approach he took. If you’re looking to sharpen specific skills, I’d suggest giving Josue a try.

"I am not sure where to start but here we go. Edgar Olmos is by the far the absolute top pitching coach in the state. Edgar not only teaches the fundamentals of pitching, but he teaches the physical aspect of what it takes to be successful on the mound. He took my son (Keyton) under his wing and began molding him into what he is today. Taught him the game and how to approach situations mentally and with a healthy plan to have him grow lesson by lesson. Keyton loves Edgar and I highly recommend if you want to be successful on the mound with a healthy approach.
