I am a football coach with four years of experience, currently serving as a Head Coach of travel teams with Cougars Academy in Maplewood and South Orange, New Jersey, and Elite Soccer Academy. I have built my coaching philosophy from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on tactical understanding, game analysis, and collective play. I have a particular strength in reading the game, identifying problems, and making tactical adjustments. My approach begins with understanding each player—their mindset, goals, and ambitions—before developing their technical, tactical, and positional abilities. I believe understanding the person is the first step toward developing the player and building a strong team.

I’ve coached boxing in Harlem since 2014 through Stray Boxing Clinic, working with adults and teens—from complete beginners and fitness clients to experienced fighters sharpening their technique. I teach strong fundamentals: balance, footwork, defense, clean punching, and conditioning—without ego or intimidation. Your first session includes a skill assessment, personalized instruction, and a clear training plan built around your experience, goals, and pace.

I am a Japanese guy💪, born and raised in Japan. I learned to ski from my strict!? father at first, and later started skiing with school friends and family. In 1989, I obtained my Level 2 technical ski certification from the Japanese Ski Association (SAJ). During on-season, I’m teaching at a ski resort’s ski school. I can work with you during off-season at NJ. About my past life! I came to the US as a student, and time has flown by since then. After becoming a frequent traveler for multiple jobs at one of the largest Japanese companies, I now retired and started teaching skiing for fun! I obtained my Level 1 ski instructor certification from the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA-AASI) and have already passed my Level 2 ski exam (Less than 50% of instructors pass this), with my sights set on further improving my teaching skills. Phew😮‍💨, the learning 📚never ends! In addition to skiing for over 40+ years, I have a deep background in classical music 🎵and play the piano with a degree. I was also an official docent at Carnegie Hall for 10 years. Recently, I completed a Reiki healing master class and am planning to help others with it.

A compelling storyteller, soprano and actress Natalia Bychkova performs a versatile combination of operatic, art song, and musical theater repertoire. Natalia holds a Master's degree in Vocal Performance from the Longy School of Music of Bard College and has trained at the Juilliard extension school. Currently she teaches voice with New City School of Music and Music To Your Home NY, where she helps students build strong technique, confidence and artistic expression.
