I have an engineering background and have spent years as a sports analyst, but I am also a lifelong recreational athlete myself. I know exactly what it feels like to pick up a new sport, work though the awkward phases, and play just for the pure love of the game. Because of my multi-sport coaching and sports media background, I am really good at breaking down movements into simple, easy-to-learn steps. I don’t use confusing sports jargon-I focus on clear, friendly communication so you can see progress in your very first lesson. Beginners & Seniors: Want a gentle, zero-stress introduction? Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. I do believe in strong accountability that leads to a great workout. No workout will be dull. I have performed concerts throughout the United states. At age 15, I received a standing ovation at the Brevard Music Festival for my performance of the Tschaikowsky Piano Concerto No 1. I made my New York Debut performing with the Symphony of the New World at Lincoln Center at age 17. I made my Debut at the Metropolitan Opera House production of Porgy and Bess 1992 production in the role of "Jasbo Brown". I repeated this role in the New Jersey State Opera production. For Centaur Records I made a CD of the Arensky Piano Concerto No. 1 with the Czech National Orchestra and Etudes for Solo Piano op. 74. I received the Award for Excellence from the New Jersey Education Association, the "Community Leaders Fostering Change in Education Award" from the New Jersey Unit of the National Association of Negro Business and Women's Clubs, Inc, honored by The Newark Municipal Council, City of Newark, NJ.
