I coached softball and baseball for 10 total years (8-14 years old). I was a club baseball (Emerson Bandits) head coach for 3 years (14-16u). In the last 5 years I was an assistant varsity softball coach for 4 years at Westwood High School and last year I was named head varsity basbeall coach at Bergenfield High School. We won the BIT tournament in my first year and had a big turnaround season for that program. I have taught hitting for the past decade to all ages I am also a personal trainer for the past 25 years and I have owned a personal training facility for the past 19 years. With a degree in Entertainment Technology, I've studied music since 3rd grade. Starting in orchestra with the upright bass, I learned how to read music in school. I branched out from classical orchestra to modern rock music. Coming from a musical family, I had access to a lot of instruments. I performed in piano recitals, sang in concert choir and acapella groups, and played bass in jazz band. I have a record label and perform acoustic guitar live.

Born and raised in Jamaica, played soccer in MIddle School, continued in high school where I played for 6 years and competed for Jamaica High School Dacosta Cup Competition in 1990.
