I am currently a college baseball player entering my senior year at Saint Elizabeth University but began my college career at Kean University as a freshman student athlete. Baseball has been a major part of my life since I was 5 years old, and I developed years of experience. My coaching philosophy centers on personalized development, fostering a positive learning environment where athletes can excel.

I shape confident, fundamentally sound ballplayers with a coach's eye and a player's heart. With 15 years of playing baseball, I focus on hitting, defense, catching and mental preparation, offering technical analysis, tailored plans and a patient, encouraging approach.

He has trained over 100 players through private lessons and clinics, working with youth and adult athletes from beginner to advanced levels. Charles emphasizes strong fundamentals, efficient footwork, smart positioning, and intentional shot selection, helping players adapt their style through improved dinks, drives, drops, body and paddle positioning, court awareness, and strategic decision-making. Specializing in beginner and intermediate development while also supporting advanced players, Charles uses a clear, engaging, and proven coaching approach to build consistency, confidence, and match-ready skills. He is a Paddle Fit Expert who has helped more than 60 players find the right paddle for their style of play, and an experienced Titan Pickleball Machine trainer, using structured machine sessions to improve reaction time, shot quality, and performance under pressure. With over 15 years of youth sports coaching experience, Charles delivers purposeful, results-driven training that helps players improve quickly and enjoy the game at a higher level. For over two decades, I've cultivated a deep passion for soccer in athletes of all levels. Born and raised in Jamaica, played soccer in MIddle School, continued in high school where I played for 6 years and competed for Jamaica High School Dacosta Cup Competition in 1990.

I am a football coach with four years of experience, currently serving as a Head Coach of travel teams with Cougars Academy in Maplewood and South Orange, New Jersey, and Elite Soccer Academy. I have built my coaching philosophy from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on tactical understanding, game analysis, and collective play. I have a particular strength in reading the game, identifying problems, and making tactical adjustments. My approach begins with understanding each player—their mindset, goals, and ambitions—before developing their technical, tactical, and positional abilities. I believe understanding the person is the first step toward developing the player and building a strong team.
