My name is Josh Adelsberg and I have been a dedicated soccer player for practically my whole life. After completing my high school career and while continuing recreational play in college, I plan to stay involved with the sport by spreading my knowledge and experience to all those who want to learn. I started my career at PSA as the captain of my team and transitioned into high school soccer where I played 4 years on varsity. Through that time, I developed many connections in the amateur and professional soccer world. My coaching philosophy starts with understanding a player's needs by both watching and listening to them. Coaching is both about giving my personal, experienced opinion as well as listening to the wants of the player. It is important to not only have short-term goals set at the beginning of any session, but also long-term goals for the future.

Fueling the passion for soccer for over two decades, I help players unlock their full potential. My extensive experience ensures a supportive yet challenging environment for growth. I am committed to fostering skill development and sportsmanship on and off the field. I provide a clear understanding on the technical requirements needed for positions and the tactical requirements for them also. Born in China and I came to the US when I was 15. I joined local swim team in Beijing when I was 7, I won 6 first place in regional competition when I was 12. I started playing basketball at 13, at the same time, I was recommended by middle school coach to run track, 100 meter, 200 meter, 300 hurdle, 4x100 and 4x400. In 2018 I was in the state meet competing. I was not the most physically gifted runner so I had to study the forms, techniques. I love the game of basketball and I experienced basketball from both cultures. I played JV in middle school and Varsity in High school, I played shooting guard position. Being not the most physically gifted, I had to work extra hard on my skills, understanding the game. I truly believe coaching track, swimming, basketball or any sports is bigger/more than just teaching youngsters the skills, it’s about life, lessons we learn from playing sports, spending time and energy to understand each other and one self. With 14 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate skills and passion on the court. I provide tailored coaching and unlock player potential through expert guidance and personalized training. I foster a positive and focused environment.

Alexandra was born and raised in a tennis family. Second generation of professional tennis players. She was the number #1 junior tennis player in Central Asia. A daughter of Galina Sorokotyaga who was #1 back to 1965 in Soviet Union. Alexandra considers herself honest and responsible. PTR(Professional Tennis Registry) category "PROFESSIONAL" . Alexandra sees her students playing freely. She has knowledge and twenty years experience to help her students to achieve their tennis goals fast.

I am a certified pickleball coach and instructor. I received my certification through Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR). I also coach and instruct approximately 33 people which includes kids through adults and varies in skill levels. Every 2nd 4th Saturday of the month, as well as meet at various local parks weekly.
