Hi, my name is Maia and I have over six years of teaching students how to swim and in coaching students on swim teams. Currently, I work with several students teaching private lessons. Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve.
