Positive Energy Driven Fitness Lessons. The training focus on 3 targets: Sprints, Calisthenics and Core. Ideally, these are 2-3 workouts per week to get you started on the lifestyle you deserve. Current 27 year old Left Handed Pitcher, formerly with the Philadelphia Phillies, and now playing internationally in Mexico and the Dominican Republic. My journey has been quite unique in that I did not believe I would ever play past high school, topping out at 78 MPH on the mound my senior year. I ended up walking on to Lafayette College, a Division 1 program, and then signing with the Phillies just 3 years later. This journey is not easy, and I have seen a lot, and am ready to help you.
