A recent graduate of the University of Missouri Parks, Recreation, Sport and Tourism Master's Program, I did my Research Project on pickleball court management for Columbia Parks and Recreation Department, presenting my research for the Missouri Parks and Recreation Association (MPRA) Conference. I've competed in at least nine pickleball tournaments, including the largest pickleball tournament in the state of Missouri of it's time (The SEMO Chemo Smash). I love pickleball and I love coaching.

Taught for many years at a studio through Meyer Music in North KC, helping middle & high school students achieve their goals and success with solo and ensemble performance. I assist these students with preparing mentally and musically for college auditions as well. I've assisted my professors with teaching college level students advanced techniques such as phrasing, multiphonics, double-tonguing, etc... I've also had the unique experience of holding master classes while in the Marine Corps band
