I am a 25-year ELA educator. I spent the majority of my career in a 8th grade ELA classroom/middle school campus. I can say without hesitation that I LOVE being a middle school educator. I am a lifelong learner/education advocate who prioritizes authentic relationships with students. I believe in hands-on, interactive, engaging instruction geared towards the needs and interest of students. My strength is my ability to use creative ways to teach all components of ELA, especially writing.

Pickleball for 8 years. Since learning pickleball I haven’t turned back. The sport is flexible, dynamic and constantly evolving. I’ve played in many tournaments and placed awards. 🥇 🏆 I’m currently in the process of getting my PPR Certification.
