I hold an ACSM-CPT and a degree in exercise science, backed by D1 soccer and a year competing in Spain. After tearing my ACL twice, I earned a D1 offer post-injury and kept playing through recovery, giving me firsthand insight into injury prevention, return-to-play, and mental toughness that coursework alone can’t teach. I specialize in injury prevention and rehab as well as position specifics soccer skills, I’d love to bring that combination of education and lived experience to your program.

I am a dedicated racquet sports enthusiast, with a special passion for pickleball. As a PPR certified coach and participant in PPA tournaments, I bring both expertise and competitive experience to the court. Every Sunday, I compete in mini tournaments with a prominent pickleball group in the Twin Cities, achieving multiple victories.
