Specializing in Hip-Hop, Funk, Rock, and Pop, he has six years of drumming experience, has taught private students ages 6–18, and has performed at venues including House of Blues. His teaching emphasizes groove, improvisation, musicality, and building confidence through performance.

Hello, my name is Travis and my primary goal is to help each student learn the piano in a way that makes sense for them and is fun. I teach a hybrid of classical training (note reading, finger dexterity, music theory) and learning by mimicry/ear. I teach all student types from ages 6 - 106. A typical first lesson for new beginners includes learning the layout of the piano, key names, and other basic info.
