I coached and played Semi-Pro Football. I've also coached for two elite private school football teams. I've played various positions while playing football. I specialize in teaching defensive backs, punt and kickoff returner. While playing college football, I've never been beaten for a touch down. Over the past 15 years, my focus has been on coaching functional fitness to improve balance, strength, and coordination for clients of various ages including those aged 55+ and older. I have practiced resistance training to develop muscular strength without the use of excessively heavy loads. Lenny has successfully addressed injuries through functional therapy, thus avoiding the need for drugs and surgery. He is also an active endurance athlete, with 29 years of competitive experience.

Hello, I am Coach Jonathan from Boston MA. I am 38 and grew up in Newton Massachusetts. I went to Newton South high school. Where I played for two years. I have been around the game my whole life I have coached for several years youth basketball. Can work with all age groups and will focus on the level my athletes want to play and perform on. I am currently doing my masters in sports coaching and management and looking forward to bringing basketball into the life of my athletes.
