I am a 2025 college graduate from St. Mary's College of Maryland. I played 4 years of college lacrosse there and am now a Assistant Coach and defensive coordinator for the team. Over the 2025-2026 season I have learned many valuable lessons about coaching and how to get the most out of my players while still keeping the love for the sport they have.
