Meet Coach Tony, With 8+ years of experience, he specializes in practical self-defense and fitness for all ages. His background includes a Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt, a USA Judo Black Belt (under Lamonte Tyler), and a WTF Taekwondo Black Belt. He also trains in Muay Thai under Lamonte Tyler. With a diverse background, he offers a "complete" martial arts experience. Hi! My name is Ania, I am a lifelong tennis player and a coach with a passion for helping beginner and intermediate players build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game. I have experience working at an after school academy, coaching MS and HS tennis, and most recently I was selected to be a USTA Tennis Coaching and Leadership Fellow.

We specialize in high intensity and focused fun training. Our goal is to develop lacrosse players of all ages, positions and skill levels to prepare them for their lacrosse and life journey.

Hi I’m Coach Reyes! Currently, I am the Women’s Lacrosse Head Coach at Notre Dame of Maryland a Division 3 Institution. I have been coaching since 2014 with my main focus in goalies and defense. I also understand offense is strategy and footwork to make you into a shifty offensive player. I have experience with 1 on 1’s and being in a small to large group environment. I would love to grow your skills and help grow your lax IQ.

Chris McNeal is a Head Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with experience in baseball and softball player development. He specializes in teaching fundamental skills, including hitting mechanics, defensive positioning, and throwing development, while also incorporating strength and conditioning into athlete training. Chris has coached athletes across multiple age groups and skill levels, focusing on improving performance through structured training, game-like scenarios, and physical development. His approach emphasizes consistency, discipline, and confidence.

Unlocking potential on the court is my passion. For eight years, I've refined my volleyball coaching approach to empower players of all levels. My experience from winning club volleyball national championships, being a state finalist and playing in college has shaped me to help the upcoming generation to see the same success and enjoyment I experienced.
