I have been playing volleyball for 22 years now.

I’ve been a Floridian my entire life until I made the move up to Virginia last Spring with my wife and 3 dogs. I’ve been a certified athletic trainer, high school teacher and tennis coach for the past 20 years. I became a USPTA teaching professional about 10 years ago and have taught kids as young as 5 to adults as old as 65. I’ve coached the Gainesville High School girls tennis team the past 2 years. I believe tennis is truly a sport of a lifetime that can be enjoyed by all ages and abilities.

Unlocking potential on the court is my passion. For eight years, I've refined my volleyball coaching approach to empower players of all levels. My experience from winning club volleyball national championships, being a state finalist and playing in college has shaped me to help the upcoming generation to see the same success and enjoyment I experienced.

I was a four-year varsity baseball player at St. John’s College High School, one of the top high school programs in the country. I was invited to play on the USA Baseball National Team and participated in the USA National Team Identification Series in 2018, 2019 and 2022 earning a bronze medal in 2022 I was ranked among the top 250 players in the Mid-Atlantic Area and among the top 15 catchers in the DC/Virginia area from 2023-2025 I was apart of two WCAC Championships. Then went to play D3 Ball

Hello, Hello, my name is Sachin, and I am an Information Systems major pursuing my Master's degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). For the past four years, I have been tutoring at Howard Community College and UMBC in college level math courses such as Calculus and Statistics. I am familiar with the current youth soccer landscape and have helped many soccer players transition to US colleges and abroad. Chris McNeal is a Head Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with experience in baseball and softball player development. He specializes in teaching fundamental skills, including hitting mechanics, defensive positioning, and throwing development, while also incorporating strength and conditioning into athlete training. Chris has coached athletes across multiple age groups and skill levels, focusing on improving performance through structured training, game-like scenarios, and physical development. His approach emphasizes consistency, discipline, and confidence.

A DC area native, I was initially introduced to music, though somewhat reluctantly, through enrollment in the church choir at the age of four; however, I quickly grew to love it. I first experienced the guitar while living in Hong Kong when my third-grade teacher would play for them everyday at the end of school. I began taking lessons while living in Hong Kong and continued when I moved back to Washington DC. I have been playing the guitar for over 25 years and teaching for over 15. While my foundation is deeply rooted in the classical tradition, I enjoy teaching a variety of styles. My passion is to empower others to find their voice through the guitar, no matter their level of experience.
