Chris has coached athletes across multiple age groups and skill levels, focusing on improving performance through structured training, game-like scenarios, and physical development. His approach emphasizes consistency, discipline, and confidence.

I hold a U.S. Soccer C coaching license and have extensive playing experience as a goalkeeper at all levels of competition. I am familiar with the current youth soccer landscape and have helped many soccer players transition to US colleges and abroad. I am a former professional goalkeeper and design position specific sessions tailored to you.

His background includes a Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt, a USA Judo Black Belt (under Lamonte Tyler), and a WTF Taekwondo Black Belt. He also trains in Muay Thai under Lamonte Tyler. With a diverse background, he offers a "complete" martial arts experience.
