I'm Jeremiah, a tennis coach based in Washington, DC. I grew up playing USTA juniors, played varsity all four years of high school, and kept competing on the club team in college. I coach players of all ages and levels, from beginners picking up a racquet for the first time to juniors getting ready for competition. My focus is strong fundamentals, smart point play, and keeping the game fun.

I am a strength and conditioning coach as well as technical boxing coach. I am a former collegiate lacrosse player at Washington and Jefferson College and the University of Pittsburgh, where I played midfield and defense. I've been coaching lacrosse for the past nine years, starting with camps in high school and college and later coaching youth, club, and collegiatly after graduating. I have experience working with girls ages 5-22 and can work with all field positions. I am USA Lacrosse Bronze Certified and have all required clearances to work with children.

Every practice is an invitation to sharpen technique, strengthen decision-making, and enjoy the craft of lacrosse. I have several years of teaching experience and combine technical coaching, tactical planning, and patient mentorship to develop confident, disciplined athletes. I'm a former member of the Division I American University lacrosse team and have also coached for M&D DC for four years!

I'm a native speaker who's taught Spanish in area schools at every level for over 12 years. I use authentic material and interactive media tools to make the language accessible and fun to my students. I'm an expert at differentiation and will work according to your needs. Let's get started!
