Hello. My name is Tara Harrison and I am a dedicated educator with over 15 years of teaching experience. As a former public school teacher and current homeschool educator, I am passionate about helping students become confident, successful readers. I specialize in working with students ages 6-10 in the areas of phonics, reading fluency and reading comprehension. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment. I look forward to partnering with your family to help them reach their goals.

His background includes a Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt, a USA Judo Black Belt (under Lamonte Tyler), and a WTF Taekwondo Black Belt. He also trains in Muay Thai under Lamonte Tyler. With a diverse background, he offers a "complete" martial arts experience. I'm a musician, composer, and sound designer who has been playing and composing music for 15 years. I studied at Berklee College of Music for my Bachelor's of Music, where I regularly performed on trumpet, composed music for various forms of media, and designed audio and audio technologies. I worked as both composer and sound designer for films and games, in a variety of musical and audio styles, while releasing my own music.

I am a classically trained vocal coach, I coach students of all ages in the area of Pop, Gospel, Classical, R&B, Jazz, Opera, Rock and Musical Theater. I train students on breath control, pitch, enhancing the quality of their tone, stage presence, extending vocal range, building confidence and diction. I do not believe vocal lessons should be a chore. I strive to make my lessons fun and energizing while pulling out each student’s natural gifts and creativity. I personalize each lesson and encourage students to explore all their musical interest. When you finish each lesson with me, you will feel refreshed and uplifted.
