Having dedicated much of his life to the game, he has developed a deep understanding of lacrosse fundamentals, strategy, and player development. Bob has also spent many years providing private instruction, helping athletes sharpen their skills through personalized, detail-oriented coaching. His decades of expertise make him a trusted mentor for players of all levels.

His background includes a Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt, a USA Judo Black Belt (under Lamonte Tyler), and a WTF Taekwondo Black Belt. He also trains in Muay Thai under Lamonte Tyler. With a diverse background, he offers a "complete" martial arts experience.
