I coached beginner courses in high school I played two years of college tennis in both doubles and singles During those years I helped developing 18-20 year olds in both beginner and intermediate play.

I've been playing for almost 4 years now! Racquet sports is my love language and fell in love with pickleball quickly, I remember when I started I could figure it out but my friends that were a little ahead of me would give me simple tips and things to know and it would change my game even thought it would be so simple, as Ive played over the years I have helped many of my friends at the beginner level and seen every one of them get better through it, love coaching this sport and seeing people further in something they love, I’m extremely patient and I know all it takes is some practice and your game can be completely elevated

My name is Shane Sellers. I am from South Louisiana born and raised in Abbeville, LA and currently live in Youngsville, LA. I have been coaching since 1995 coaching my sister and her team when she was in high school. I’ve coached my niece and nephew from T-Ball to 18 years old in recreational ball and travel ball. The last few years I have volunteered coaching for nearby high school teams.
