As a performer since the tender age of three, I have dedicated my life to the art of music. After obtaining my Bachelor of Arts in Music with a focus on vocal performance, I pursued further studies, earning a Master's in Divinity with an emphasis on pastoral care, counseling, and education. With over two decades of teaching experience, I specialize in nurturing voices of all ages, particularly in transitioning and young voices, across classical, jazz, and musical theater genres. Additionally, I've authored curricula catering to various age groups, from toddlers aged twelve months to seven-year-olds, offering both individual and group classes tailored to each student's needs.
With five years dedicated to shaping young athletes, I blend proven techniques with an enthusiastic approach to baseball. I am passionate about helping players reach their full potential on and off the field.
Hi there! I’m Sophia Guyer, and I’ve dedicated 15 years to swimming, including several competitive years at the Division 1 level. I have a unique passion for technique, and I firmly believe in the mantra “perfect practice makes perfect.” To me, quality in training is far more important than just going through the motions. During my high school career, I broke a few records and made my mark by ranking among the top 10 times in history at my Division 1 college. While I’m new to swim instructing, I’m not new to teaching—I’ve enjoyed helping many of my teammates refine their techniques over the years. As I embark on my journey as a swim instructor, I’m excited to inspire others and help swimmers of all levels achieve their goals through focused skill improvement and my enthusiasm for the sport. I truly believe that with dedication and the right mindset, anyone can achieve greatness in the pool!

Jillian began her yoga journey in 2013 after the passing of her mother, Donna, from lung cancer. Yoga gave her a way to heal and redirect her grief into something beautiful and strong. Coming from a movement background, she has been dancing since age 11, 17 of those years were spent as a professional contemporary dancer with Dance Kaleidoscope in Indianapolis, Indiana. She emerged as a soloist with the company after a few short years and was named one of Indiana’s most intriguing artists in the early 2010’s. She has been teaching ballet, jazz, tap, modern, and contemporary dance since the age of 18 and is currently a full time teacher with Central Indiana Academy of Dance in Carmel. In 2012, she became certified as an aerial yoga instructor through Mindful Movement Studio, where she then taught for more than seven years. Jillian has been a strong practitioner of vinyasa yoga for the past two years and was finally able to receive her 200 hr RYT certification through the Yoga and Ayurveda Studio in Pennsylvania during the global pandemic in 2020, an online program. Including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Chair, and Ayurveda Specialist, her mission with teaching is to make yoga available for every body, from beginner to advanced, and for every income level, making yoga more accessible for those that may not have the financial means. Her classes are well thought out, will make you laugh, and will help you regain your sense of self and confidence. She currently teaches at Invoke Studio, North Mass Boulder, Invoke Wellness Center as well as Indy Movement Arts Collective.
"Jill was very supportive of all ability levels. She amazed me by knowing my name and giving me positive reinforcement along with her regular students. Her class was challenging, yet she provided accommodations for any students who may have found some poses too difficult. I hope to try many more classes at invoke, but I will definitely make every effort to attend Jill's class on Wednesday evenings. -MINDBODY FitGrid feedback
