David White – Golf Instructor David White has established himself as one of the most trusted and effective golf instructors in the game. Having guided hundreds of players of all ages and abilities, David has successfully taken complete beginners to competitive juniors, accomplished high-school standouts, and NCAA college athletes. What sets David apart is his player-centered philosophy: every swing is unique, and every golfer deserves a customized development plan. By blending proven fundamentals with modern training techniques, he builds technically sound, repeatable swings while making the process enjoyable and rewarding. His students don’t just improve; they fall in love with golf for life. Whether you’re picking up a club for the first time, chasing your lowest scores, or preparing for college competition, David White has the expertise, patience, and passion to help you reach your goals, on and off the course.
"David White fixed my game in one hour — seriously. I came in with a nasty over-the-top move that killed my irons. He spotted it in two swings, gave me one feel and one drill, and I started flushing it immediately. No jargon, no band-aids, just permanent change. I’ve taken lessons from PGA pros all over Florida and nobody comes close to David’s clarity and results. Worth every penny and the drive from Miami.” — Alex M., 6-handicap, Coral Gables

I began my guitar journey at the very end of 1989, learning from a Mel Bay book before starting formal lessons. Over the years, I've explored rock, blues, jazz, fingerstyle, and classical guitar. In 2001, I completed my undergraduate studies with a minor in music, and although I majored in computer science, I found myself teaching guitar during a downturn in the tech industry. Inspired by a faculty recital at Berklee College of Music in 2002, I pursued an advanced degree in music, earning a Master of Music degree from Butler University in 2006. During my graduate studies, I also taught guitar at Ball State University as a graduate assistant in the Doctor of Arts program. I've lectured on the history of guitar, composed music for various instruments, performed nationwide, and taught hundreds of students across all guitar styles.

I'm Jessica Sebastian, a volleyball coach in Indianapolis specializing in private instruction for defensive skills, serve receive, serving, and passing fundamentals. Since 2021, I've worked with individual athletes and small groups to help them build confidence and consistency in their game. My coaching background includes working as a Elite Club Volleyball Coach at Academy Volleyball Club and as a JV coach at Clinton Prairie School. I'm USAV and JVA certified, and I bring an analytical approach to coaching—I love breaking down technique and creating customized training plans that meet each player where they are. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine specific skills, I focus on creating a positive, supportive environment where players can develop strong fundamentals and the confidence to apply them in game situations. My goal is to help you become a more consistent, confident player who can read the game and react effectively on the court.
"My daughter has been working with Jessica for about six months now, and the transformation has been incredible. Not only has her defense improved dramatically, but her overall court awareness and decision-making are so much sharper. Jessica pushes her in the best way, she sets high expectations but creates such a positive environment that my daughter never feels defeated. She's also been really flexible with scheduling, which is a lifesaver with our crazy travel season. Worth every penny!

Jillian began her yoga journey in 2013 after the passing of her mother, Donna, from lung cancer. Yoga gave her a way to heal and redirect her grief into something beautiful and strong. Coming from a movement background, she has been dancing since age 11, 17 of those years were spent as a professional contemporary dancer with Dance Kaleidoscope in Indianapolis, Indiana. She emerged as a soloist with the company after a few short years and was named one of Indiana’s most intriguing artists in the early 2010’s. She has been teaching ballet, jazz, tap, modern, and contemporary dance since the age of 18 and is currently a full time teacher with Central Indiana Academy of Dance in Carmel. In 2012, she became certified as an aerial yoga instructor through Mindful Movement Studio, where she then taught for more than seven years. Jillian has been a strong practitioner of vinyasa yoga for the past two years and was finally able to receive her 200 hr RYT certification through the Yoga and Ayurveda Studio in Pennsylvania during the global pandemic in 2020, an online program. Including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Chair, and Ayurveda Specialist, her mission with teaching is to make yoga available for every body, from beginner to advanced, and for every income level, making yoga more accessible for those that may not have the financial means. Her classes are well thought out, will make you laugh, and will help you regain your sense of self and confidence. She currently teaches at Invoke Studio, North Mass Boulder, Invoke Wellness Center as well as Indy Movement Arts Collective.
"Jill was very supportive of all ability levels. She amazed me by knowing my name and giving me positive reinforcement along with her regular students. Her class was challenging, yet she provided accommodations for any students who may have found some poses too difficult. I hope to try many more classes at invoke, but I will definitely make every effort to attend Jill's class on Wednesday evenings. -MINDBODY FitGrid feedback
