I am passionate about sharing my love for the game and find it incredibly rewarding to see my students learn and improve. I’m a former collegiate & semi-pro player and current private soccer coach dedicated to helping athletes improve technical skill, game IQ, and confidence on and off the field. My training sessions combine precision drills, game-scenario work, and mindset coaching to help players stand out in competition and develop the habits of top performers.

Hi! My name is Liz, and I'm a multi-sport athlete with experience in dance, track and field, basketball, and soccer. I played four years of division II collegiate soccer and was recruited to play for the Chicago Stars in 2018. I continue to play recreational soccer in Chicago. I coached soccer during the summers of 2016-2018 at Camp Illahee and Camp High Rocks in North Carolina. My coaching approach is to inspire the player's individuality and support their love for the game.
