I’ve been immersed in the world of pickleball for three years now, and it has been an incredible journey—from my first dink to winning 5.0 tournaments. For the past two years, I’ve dedicated myself to coaching, working with players at different organizations like Life Time and through my own private practice. My experience spans all ages and skill levels, from large group clinics to focused one-on-one sessions. Whether you are just starting out or looking to break into a new level of competitive play, I’ve navigated the path you're on and know exactly what it takes to progress. My coaching style covers the full spectrum of the game—from the mechanics of every shot to the complex strategies required to win points. My experience allows me to identify and nurture talent, fostering both skill and sportsmanship. I'm dedicated to creating a positive, yet challenging environment for every athlete.

"To whom this may concern I have been playing soccer since I was seven years old. I started with Saint Oliver's soccer and Creekside's recreational program. I've had many coaches during my development, including my own father, who coached me until 16 years of age. I have very little club experience, but i did play varsity soccer all throughout high school. Manny Silvano was my high-school coach and he selected me to play RPL I believe and I only ever played 9 official showcase games. After high school, I decided to start coaching while continuing to play in adult soccer leagues. This is where I met coach Fred. I knew him as a referee at creekside, and the reason he held his position was because of his knowledge and experience of the game. In addition, he coached an adult team in the Wednesday night league at Creekside. That's where I truly began to understand Fred's teachings. Somehow, someway, he started to give me advice on how to improve my coaching. Fred is very sharp, attentive, and detailed. One of the very first things that stood out to me was a lesson he taught me. This was to respect the game. I was coaching a team and during half time, I instructed my team to go directly to goal. Since the goal keeper, in my words "was trash". My competitive nature overpowered my ability to instill the correct message into my youth team. After hearing this, Fred pulled me to the side and told me to never say something like that again. He defended an opposing player because they were all there to learn. Ever since then, I began to seek his guidance. Fred watched me play, and I would ask him how I played. To this day he's my mentor. When we used to work together, we would sit together for hours and watch other teams play, and we would exchange ideas and thoughts about the teams in our division. He was watching me grow every day as a player, a coach, and a human being. Every time I encountered Fred, Id always ask him a dozen questions, and he'd sit with me and teach me so many things about soccer. I would go into work early, and stay until close, just so I could learn from Fred. He's seen me grow from a recreational coach, to club coach, to now, an independent soccer trainer and businessman. His teachings are profound, he see's and knows everything, I've never seen anything like it. He is able to simplify things to such a degree and it shows how knowledgeable he really is. He is the grandfather of coaches within my residential area. Everyone knows fred, and he's coached everyone! Currently I am a starter for his team, and I became his understudy. My curiosity and interests peaks when Im around coach Fred and although my questions never end, his knowledge is beyond that. He has a special and unique way of coaching, sometimes I wonder how far i could have gone if I had met Fred earlier, but to this day, I try and learn from as much as I can from Fred. Coach Fred has made a positive impact in my life, and many others. Mostly everything I know about the game now is all thanks to him!

When I’m not coaching I’m competing in national tournaments. I’m a 3x Nationals medalist. Most recently taking Gold in Men’s doubles and Silver in MXD. French tutor since 2013, starting during an exchange in Tokyo. Specializing in 9th grades to adults, I use dedicated materials to drive success. Aligning with the CECRL framework, I guide you actively rather than just lecturing. My 1 hour sessions comprehensively cover speaking, listening, reading and writing. I maximize French immersion but comfortably use English for grammar and “Frenglish” for beginners to ensure absolute clarity.

Lorén is a Graduate from the New England Conservatory of Music in Viola Performance and has over 40 years of performance experience and 30 years of teaching violin and viola. She is a dedicated coach who helps students develop strong technique, musicality, and confidence at all levels.

Paul Hannah has over 45 years playing and 12 years teaching experience. He has performed all over North America also China,Tokyo,Caribbean,Paris,London,Moscow. Paul plays all musical styles - orchestral, big band, rock, pop, theatre, hip-hop, R&B and Neo-Soul & has recorded 20 albums. His teaching philosophy is to impart a strong foundation of technique, music reading and skill development. He teaches all ages and levels. Graduate of NEC and Hartt. Student of Vic Firth, Al Lepak and Alan Dawson.

I’m a dedicated professional basketball player with multiple years of coaching and training experience including personal development plans, and encouraging leadership. I have played and trained players in countries like Croatia, Kazakhstan, Mexico and Uruguay. I have taught basketball for several years, helping players refine skills and build confidence. Above all else, I have firm belief that the best way to leave an impact on this game is to give back to the ones coming after us, let’s work!
