I’m a Mental Performance Coach, Sports Psychology professional, and former collegiate-level volleyball coach with experience coaching youth, club, high school, and competitive athletes. I’ve coached volleyball, baseball, and performance-focused athletes, helping them build confidence, improve focus, overcome mistakes, and perform under pressure. My coaching combines mindset training, performance psychology, and practical strategies to help athletes reach their full potential.

I played competitive tennis at the state level in high school and continued playing at the junior college level. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work, preparation, and mental toughness, and they continue to shape the way I approach the game today. Tennis has been my passion since I picked up a racket at the age of 8. From high school tennis to competing for the #1 Division 2 college team in the nation, the court has been my second home. For the past two decades, I've dedicated myself to teaching professional tennis full-time, bringing my expertise to top academies and clubs across Georgia, Texas, and South Carolina. My coaching philosophy revolves around fun, motivation, challenge, and positivity, ensuring that every lesson is not just a learning experience but an enjoyable journey toward improvement.

I’m Michelle, and I’m a Level 1 PTR certified tennis coach. Since I was 13, I was homeschooled to dedicate myself to tennis, competing in numerous junior tournaments and experiencing both victories and challenges along the way. I’ve been coaching since 2020 and have had the joy of teaching kids as young as 3 years old. I love coaching because it allows me to share the sport that has profoundly positively impacted my life and to make it fun and engaging for young players.
