I'm Courtney, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in women's health, perimenopause and menopause and healthy aging. I help women navigate weight changes, low energy, poor sleep,, stress and shifting hormones with greater confidence and clarity. Through personalized coaching, goal setting, accountability and behavior change strategies, I help women build sustainable habits, improve well-being and create lasting changes that support long-term health.

As a coach, I take a hands-on and interactive style of teaching to help young players reach their potential. I am also here to help instill confidence in players as they go to face challenges and competition.

30 years full out athlete 9.5 months out of 12. Played softball as fast pitch catcher from 11 years old through college on an athletic scholarship. Played school, rec, travel, and tourney. Hitting and throwing lessons also.

My sessions are patient, encouraging, and tailored to your goals. You’ll develop stance, footwork, defense, combinations, conditioning, and boxing IQ in a safe, supportive environment.

Hey, I'm Regi. I graduated from Howard University with a Bachelors in Mathematics and I've taught 10th and 11th grade Geometry and Algebra 2 for 3 years. I really value 1 on 1 instruction, I'm very patient and I'm willing to break down processes as many times as needed. I’m available for help with any math subject up to pre-calculus.
