Fun, energetic soccer coach with a background in sports science and athlete development. I create engaging, positive training sessions that are both enjoyable and meaningful for each player. I work with athletes of all skill levels, focusing on speed, strength, footwork, agility, injury prevention, and overall confidence on the field. My goal is to help players improve their game while fostering a love for soccer and personal growth.

I have been playing Professional Hockey in the American Hockey League for the past 11 years. I have been Captain of 2 different organisations. I am a Calder Cup champion. I have been coaching and learning new skills my entire career. I want to help develop young athletes to help the achieve their dreams just like I lived mine.

I am a current NCAA Division I ice hockey player with several years of coaching experience working with athletes of all ages and skill levels. I coach with the Connecticut Polar Bears and Central Drillers. I am passionate about helping players improve their skills while fostering a love for the game. My coaching style is positive, individualized and focused on helping every athlete reach their full potential. I tailor each lesson to the individual's goals, experience level, and learning style!

I’m a touring bassist, backing vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, app creator, and music production coach. I help students turn ideas into finished songs by focusing on recording workflow, arrangement, tone, song structure, performance, and confidence. My lessons are practical, relaxed, and built around each student’s goals, whether they are starting out, writing their first track, or trying to improve their production process.
