I was recently honored as United Soccer Coaches 2025 National Youth Coach of the Year. I've coached youth, high school, premier, and collegiate club teams. I have been training martial arts for 33 years. I have been teaching martial arts for 20 years to people of all ages and experience levels. I started in taekwondo when I was 3 years old. I also trained BJJ for 5 years and I have my blue belt. I’ve also competed in local and national BJJ competitions. My main passion is Muay Thai. I have 13 fights!
