I’m a passionate and dedicated soccer coach with 13 years of playing experience, as well as a strong background working with children in early childhood and primary education. With years of experience supporting young learners’ growth and development, I bring patience, communication, and leadership to help create a positive and encouraging environment for young athletes and humans.

I am a competitive tennis player, coach, and student leader with extensive experience on and off the court, as well as in mentorship roles. I graduated from Weil Tennis Academy & Preparatory School in Ojai, California, and J.K. Mullen High School in Denver, Colorado, where I maintained a 4.0 GPA while balancing rigorous academics, leadership positions, and competitive tennis.

I've been around the game for 25 years, including playing in college. Plus, working with the Colorado Rockies, I've got connections to MLB players—I might have even met and worked with your kid's favorite player! Baseball is my passion, and I'm excited to share that love and knowledge with young players."

I am a lifelong student and steward of the game of lacrosse, with over 18 years of playing, coaching, and officiating experience. I competed internationally at the 2018 U21 World Championships and recently concluded my collegiate career at the University of Kansas, where I served as a team captain. During my time at KU, I also served as an assistant coach and defensive coordinator while managing the program’s social media, public relations, and NIL efforts to support program growth and athlete branding. I also have over eight years of officiating experience, working more than 350 games across all levels from 8U through high school. I was chosen as a lead official and was entrusted with training new officials, helping foster a strong pipeline of referees in my community. I am also incredibly passionate about giving back to the sport. I have taught lacrosse to underprivileged youth, families, and community groups to share the game’s values of resilience, teamwork, and joy with the next generation. My dedication to lacrosse is rooted in a belief that the game is a lifelong teacher, and I look forward to continuing to serve the sport in Colorado.

I taught hundreds of kids, ranging from 5-year-olds to teenagers, the basics of golf and the golf swing while at the First Tee of the Rocky Mountains and as the girls' golf coach at Lakewood High School. Over the past 6 years, I've developed a deep passion for the sport, which has completely transformed my physical and mental well-being, improving my health, my confidence, my stress and anxiety. I currently train and coach at Topeira Boxing Club in Denver, where I work with all experience levels, from people who have never thrown a punch, up to recent Golden Gloves champions.
