Rose
Former D1 starting pitcher at Florida State University from 2012-2016. Pitched in the 2012 College World Series. I have taught players of all ages. My goal is for every player to understand their own unique throwing motion, and how to make it efficient, powerful, and consistent. I want players to become their own coach. "My son has been taking drum lessons with Joe for seven months now, and the progress has been incredible. Joe has a natural gift for making classes both engaging and entertaining, which keeps my son genuinely excited to practice. From a student’s perspective, my son finds Joe incredibly nice, patient, and considerate. He appreciates that Joe tailors the music to his specific skill level while still pushing him to improve. Joe doesn’t just focus on the songs; he ensures the technical basics are covered, from proper grip and technique to the practical side of things, like how to correctly adjust and maintain the drum set. He manages to pack a lot of learning into a short amount of time without it ever feeling overwhelming. We highly recommend him!

I’m a D1 softball player at Santa Clara University, and I’ve been around the game pretty much my whole life. Pitching is what I love, but coaching is a close second. I’m big on keeping things simple, building confidence, and actually helping pitchers understand what they’re doing — not just going through the motions. Whether it’s mechanics, mental approach, or just learning how to compete, my goal is to help every pitcher improve and enjoy the process. And I really do care about the kids I coach
"I just started working with her and she has helped me a lot. She makes me laugh and my lessons are always fun. She knows a lot about pitching, but she doesn’t make it sound confusing when she coaches me.
