My journey as a professional musician ignited my passion for teaching guitar. For 25 years, I've guided aspiring guitarists, sharing my knowledge and experience to help them reach their full potential. Some of my students have gone on to be professional working musicians and landed gigs with Ziggy Marley, Gwen Stefani and many more. I will help you unlock your musical intution/creativity and give you creative ways to practice and learn songs , solos etc . I will also teach you ways to track your progress. I believe playing and learning music should be fun, and I make it easier on you to understand certain concepts from a technical, theoretical and practical point of view. I accept beginner to advanced. I can tailor lessons to your needs , the style you want to play, and I can create assignments to help you reach your goals from a professional working musician's perspective. You will find just after a short period how much you can improve your skills and feel the confidence to continue to your goal. My teaching experiences have taken me through schools , clinics at music stores and workshops. I also coach bands , teach beginner to intermediate bass , and music production one on one or group. A little about my work as a musician : Over the years, I toured, recorded and played with numerous bands and artists such as, Carly Simon, Ben Taylor, Mike Keneally, Bryan Beller, Armande Sabel-Leco, Paul Barrere, Kenny Gradney and Bill Payne, Pato Banton, Brendon Small's Galaktikon, Bird York, Janet Robin, Gwen Stefani, Eve, The Roots and more ! I also have theatrical show experience with numerous plays and with Cirque Du Soliel's 'Totem' , ' Corteo' and 'Zarkana'. All these experiences have contributed to the variety of styles in my arsenal that I play and teach. Dalton Causey is a Los Angeles actor, writer, and director from Dothan, Alabama. He has been teaching acting and writing all across the country for the last four years and is always excited to see what brilliant ideas the next crop of students come in with.

I am a 22-year old acting coach, theater artist, and a recent graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Drama and a minor in Educational Theatre. Specializing in theater, I work with actors, ages 16-27, with a focus on audition prep, monologue coaching, college audition materials, and scene study. My coaching style emphasizes truthful storytelling, strong text analysis, and confidence-building to help emerging performers grow as artists and storytellers.

Mike has been a running coach and performance specialist since 2006. Mike has guided more than 1000 athletes to a wide spectrum of goals, from ages 8 to 80, from 5k to marathon, including former couch potatoes, as well as Olympic hopefuls. He is a former track & field coach and physical education teacher at the prestigious Sidwell Friends School, and has taught an undergraduate performance psychology course at George Washington Univ and Marymount Univ. Mike has published a book on run training.
