Hi, I’m Michael Stine III, a PPR Certified Professional Pickleball Coach and competitive player based in Southern California. I’ve been playing pickleball for three years and competing at a high level in CAPA, iPickle, collegiate tournaments, and internationally. I’ve coached athletes ranging from ages 8 to 60+, including Junior PPA and National Junior Pickleball champions. Many of my students have gone on to win tournaments at the 3.0–5.0 levels in singles, doubles, and mixed divisions. For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to teaching golf, focusing primarily on juniors aged 5-17 while also offering lessons to adults of all skill levels. As a certified US Kids instructor and with four years of experience at SCGA Junior, I've honed my ability to tailor lessons that cater to each student's needs and aspirations. My background in high school and college golf not only fuels my passion for the sport but also enriches my coaching with firsthand competitive insights.

I’ve been a member of the PGA since 2004. I was the head teaching pro at El Dorado Park in Long Beach for 13 years before moving over to Recreation Park 18. I created the first ever teaching & coaching completion within the PGA of America called America’s Golf Coach. I also created and run a non profit in Long Beach called Tee Off Together.
