I have been practicing subconscious and visualization meditation for 7 years. I help professionals reduce stress, identify patterns, and regain clarity. I also coach during the meditation so I combine both. My private subconscious meditation is an interactive activity. The first session is a short session for you to experience and sharing with me your problems and goals. If you are interested, please reach out.
