I started coaching officially in February 2025 for a small group, consistently weekly. I love helping students and athletes learning the game to improve, have fun, and gain fitness with pickleball. Previously, I had been a trainer for various sports and activities such as soccer, basketball, weightlifting, and martial arts.

Hailing from the coastal paradise of Chile, I've spent the last 20 years riding the waves and honing my surfing skills. For the past 5 years, I've been sharing my passion for surfing through teaching lessons, helping countless individuals discover the thrill of riding the waves. With a deep love for the sport, I excel at breaking down techniques and providing personalized guidance to help students learn and improve quickly. Join me for a surf session, and I'll have you catch waves and ride confidently from your first lesson. Let's hit the surf and make unforgettable memories together! … please if this is your first surf lesson or you last experience surfing was over a year, book me for at least 1.5 or 2 hrs. Is my obligation as surf instructor to teach you the basics to go safe to the water, so be prepared to spend 25-30 minutes in the sand learning, only for your first lesson. After your first lesson 1 hour lessons are ok, I’ll just check your pop up, give you a few pointers and then we hit the ocean🤙🏽… looking forward to see your smile after you catch your first wave 🌊 yewww!!

"Brian demonstrates a novel way of teaching by giving me the opportunity to identify my own mistakes based on the content that I learned from him on the spot. This exercise, along with the drills, helps me better understand the concepts that we learned today. If there is one improvement I have to state, it’s that the drop shot adjustments could be introduced better. Give them awareness that the balls can come at different height/different speeds first and then show them the techniques to handle such cases.

I’ve been playing soccer my whole life at some of the highest youth levels, including MLS NEXT, ECNL, and varsity soccer at Mater Dei High School. I’ve also been coaching for about a year now and really enjoy helping players improve the areas they need most, while also developing skills specific to their position.
